2. Platform Description

Pokemart is a decentralized marketplace for trading Pokemon cards using cryptocurrency on the Solana blockchain. We provide the platform infrastructure but do not guarantee card authenticity, pricing, or transaction outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• Verifying card authenticity before purchase
• Complying with local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading
• Paying all applicable taxes on your transactions
• Not engaging in market manipulation or fraudulent activity

4. Trading Fees

Pokemart charges a 2% platform fee on all trades. Additional network fees (gas fees) are required for Solana transactions and are not controlled by Pokemart.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. Prices can be volatile, and you may lose some or all of your investment. You acknowledge these risks and agree that Pokemart is not liable for any losses.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Create fake listings or misrepresent card conditions
• Attempt to manipulate prices or exploit vulnerabilities
• Scrape or copy platform content without permission
